These would be fabulous for christmas cards or homemade tags.
Plus 50c from every purchase will be donated to the St Vincent de Paul Christmas Appeal. Because at this time of year, every little bit counts when it comes to helping those in need.

In other news there have been some massive changes lately with Scrapware, and one of those changes is the introduction of an active new blog - http://www.scrapware.typepad.com/
Every day this week there will be something new to read or participate in! At the moment there is a super easy competition being run. So head on over there and have some fun :) Check back during the week too because there is some great stuff going on there. The Scrapare blog will have regular updates, giveaways, competitions, BlogParties, free ScrapSheets, classes, tips, upcoming sneak peaks etc etc. So itll be a hive of information about everything chipboard, wood and acrylic :) So stick that in your favs!!!!

So because of this we have decided to integrate the KDD blog and the Scrapware blog. So this particular KDD blog will be no more at the end of this week! You will have to go to Scrapware to get your KDD updates! Which will be fabulous because it means that you will be able to participate in more giveaways and comps, and get more information and inspiration. And the updates will be more regular!
Im very excited about this move, because the blog is going to have so much happening there now! Thanks to the wonderful DT we will be having updates at least once a week.

New designs out!!!
Hey all - Just letting you know that along with the MyMini release, I am excited to be bringing you my next release of chipboard designs :) They went up a few days ago and even I havent recieved my own copies yet!!!! I cant wait to get them and have a play :D
I went with a spring look this time, and wanted the hand drawn whimsical look :)
So without further ado - here are my first line of flowers! I hope you enjoy scrapping with them as much as I enjoyed designing them :) The top two designs are designed to be inked/painted, and then the petals filled with patterned paper! But really the options are endless!
But to get these designs into the stores and for sale you need to get in contact with your favourite store and request them to stock them. At the moment they are available at Scrapboxx, and selling!
To keep you updated with future releases, keep your eyes peeled for some last minute Christmas chipboard shapes that are quite different! These should be released over the next few days!!! Watch this space for updates :D
But next on the seasonal agenda we are also having some Autumn designs which are currently in the design stage!
On top of all of this we STILL have other news coming up - but thats all hush*hush for now. Check back later for our big competition!

wow i am so sorry!
i just fell off the face of the earth! if you want to see why go here.
but i can tell people have been checking up on me here cos my stats telling me!
as a *thankyou* for being so patient ange from Scrapware and i are cooking up a nice competition for you :) one with a massive prize!!!
and there is some news regarding this blog. but its all hush-hush for now. i will share more when I can. just give me a few days :) but its all changing :D change is exciting!!! a spring clean as such :D
and there was a holdup with the MyMinis, getting them up on the site and for sale. but that is all going now so if you are chasing a MyMini then email your fav store and ask them to stock it!!! go crack a whip and get your requests in :) we've already sold nearly 100 of them and they have only just gone on the Scrapware site.
I will be making an announcement over the next few days, and I *may* be including the competition information. i just gotta run some stuff by the boss lady :)

Ive just got an email from someone saying that they just realised they may not be able to attend. Ive offered them another option and am waiting for an email back. There will be 14 people attending online, and 15 people going to the Moranbah class :D In case u are thinking where is the 30th kit? thats for me, silly!!!! cos i was asking the same question LOL.

Introducing ... the KDD MyMini!!!
Wow I am very excited to be bringing you my first minialbum!!!! those who know me well know that i LOVE minialbums so much! so i had alot of fun designing what i would want in my dream album!
i would want lots of pages, freedom to do shaped pages, versatility with different textiles, and a cute size that isnt the same-old thing.
and so i came up with the MyMini !!! I named it that because I love the idea of "My Minialbum ... My Way".
(the above photo is of the top of one of the piles of MyMini's I have on my desk getting ready for the classes next week!!! yay!)

NUMBER OF PAGES:
The MyMini comes with FIFTEEN PAGES!!!! Every page has the holes in the same spot. So this means that you can make one HUGE minialbum (maybe a calendar?) or if you want you could use the pack to make 2, or 3, or 4 or even more minialbums .... all out of the ONE pack for just over $20. You can even use the pages to make some funky cards with a unique design.
TEXTILES:
The pages are made from three different textiles. there are some chipboard pages, some wood pages, and even some acrylic pages. So you can mix and match the textiles to make a unique and funky album ... or you can seperate the pack and make three albums - a wood, a chipboard, and an acrylic. talk about versatility!!!
SIZE OF ALBUM:
i personally like small albums because it means i can make it quickly and easily, without having to use up too many pages of patterned paper. so i made this album the unique size of 4x5 inches. so its small enough to fit in your handbag if you use the pages to make a bragbook, and it will fit in a card envelope ... but big enough to fit on journalling, photos and embellies.
EXTRAS:
The MyMini comes with SIX rings ... enough to make TWO minialbums out of the pack. But don't let that stop you from using the leftover pages and securing them with ribbon, rope or anything else you fancy.
SHAPED PAGES:
Here is where the fun really begins. Not only are there different textiles but i have also designed windows into some of the pages, so you can peak through and see what is on the coming pages, and there are scallops, rounded corners and even half-pages!!!! So this will take your designing ideas to the next level.
COST:
The retail price is on my other computer so I will update this section tomorrow, but it is around $22 for the WHOLE lot!! Great value.
AVAIL FOR PURCHASE:
Wholesale: Avail on Saturday via www.scrapware.com.au
Retail: Next week sometime depending on when businesses order them. So email/msn/forum message your favourite shop and tell them to stock the MyMin nowi!!!

Here are the first released images of the class project we will be doing. This minialbum is SOO cute!!! The album is called "Today" and its a record of the feelings you are feeling today about your little special person. The minialbum definitely is for boys or girls. I chose to do mine on Liam but Im going to use my leftover MyMini pages to do one for Brianna as well. I still have nine pages left in the pack! woohoo!
I hope you like the sneak peaks. I sooo cannot wait for this class :D

1. thin black journalling pen
2. 30cms of matching embroidery thread (I used cream)
3. thin glue pen, such as the zig ones. This is for glueing down very delicate custom made cardstock diecuts.
4. nailfile or sand paper for distressing.

there is a slight holdup over postage because I forgot to order the 12x12 ziplock bags. They are being expressed to me today so I will have the packages in the mail tomorrow afternoon :)
they will be sent express so everyone should have them by Friday or maybe Monday.
